VISION
To develop and enhance quality services as well as to support academic toward internationalization

MISSION

To promote and enhance the creation and expansion of educational opportunity of Ramkhamheng University to the world.
To provide service and coordination with faculty members and other units to organize teaching and learning and examination of Ramkhamhaeng University if foreign countries to attain the objectives.
To provide services and coordination between Ramkhamhaeng University and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thai Embassy, and Consular abroad to arrange for examination centers and expand educational opportunity in foreign countries.
To provide service and coordination with Ramkhamhaeng University students for application and registration, sending texts and learning media, as well as arrangement of examination and provide advices to students.
To promote quality and standards of education so that students receive quality education.
To improve and develop the administration of OASC following the transparent principle, emphasize the development of personnel, use resources economically, utilize Information Technology to attain effectiveness.
To promote and perform research which support the missions so as to use the research results in the operation.
To promote and support personnel and students to join arts and cultural activities as well as to make personnel and students to realize, preserve, maintain, and inherit Thai Arts and Culture and community services.
To perform public relations in foreign countries.
